Shipping & Returns



Please note that if you want someone to collect the parcel on your behalf, they either need your identity or identification document with the same surname as yours.

Mention delivery time is the time after your package has left our warehouse time. We can not guarantee delivery times; and these instructions are for reference only.

Receive e-mail will notify you of your order by the. Further e-mail will tell you, once your package has been shipped to your shipping address.

Please provide us with your full shipping address and contact telephone number, as this may help prompt delivery.

Refund & Return
If the customer returns, because they decided they no longer needed they must be returned within 28 days after receipt. Unwanted goods will not receive them within 28 days after the refund back to the US. Returned goods must be unused / unworn condition with original packaging and receipt as proof of purchase to the network. Delivery notes have titled "Return Reason", part of which must be filled in when the stock returns.

If you think you are buying goods online has a manufacturing fault, you can return them to us to check. If we think there is a manufacturing fault, we will replace the goods (subject to availability) or refund them. They must be received within 7 days of receipt and original packaging and return to the site as a proof of purchase

Products must be completed and returned part the reason (to connect to your network receipt) return together. If you purchase several items as part of a special offer or package, and decide one or more items does not fit, then you must return all items purchased as part of a package or offer.

Allow From collection or within 28 days of the date of posting to our credit your account. We will refund back to your payment.
